Privacy Policy

KIDSHCAP strictly adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We require the parent or legal guardian of each child to provide their email address in order to create a kids handicap account.

  • We will only ask for two pieces of personal information: 1) child’s name and 2) date of birth. The reason we ask for your child’s name is it allows us to print personalized scorecards for your son or daughter. In addition, the date of birth allows us to create a scorecard with the yardage based on their current age. For example, a 7 year-old boy will play a 9 hole course of 1580 yards. In comparison, a 10 year-old girl will play an 18 hole course of 4015 yards.
  • Junior golf tournaments will require your child to play at their age they have attained on the date of the competition. We will prepare a scorecard that includes 18 new tee boxes on the date of your child’s birthday.
  • We will only retain information regarding your child’s favorite golf course and the golf scores they posted for the previous 12 months.
  • We will send you an email each time a new golf score has been posted to your child’s account.
  • We will never ask you for your home address, phone number or credit card information.
  • If you decide you want to terminate your child’s membership we will delete all information from our database.
  • We will not share any information of your child with any third party. We will only use the data to decide if a golf hole should be shortened or lengthened in order to provide the maximum level of competition to your child.
  • Parent has the ability to review 100% of the historical scoring information.
  • If you have any questions please send them to RSorensen@ezdoc.net or you can speak with a KIDSHCAP representative by calling 602-320-3183.
